Ryan and Stacy founded Global-Effect in 2008.  Their passion is to empower families and leaders to impact the nations.  Ryan and Stacy carry a kingdom perspective that says, “God is good,” and they release hope and joy everywhere they go.  They currently live in Moshi, Tanzania with their five children, Rylee, Lily, Benja, Cyrus and Rayna.

Vickie’s heart is to help young women and children discover who they are in Christ.  It is her desire to see girls rescued from the sex trade industry.  Vickie carries a deep love and compassion that is bringing healing to those around her.  She currently lives in Moshi, Tanzania where she is starting a home for girls who have been sexually abused.

Paul and Ronda have a heart to train and equip children and youth worldwide to do the same works as Jesus Christ did and greater works (John 14:12) via a deep and personal relationship with Him. Together, this couple is calling forth hidden giftings and calls within those God has entrusted to them and are currently supporting and investing into a minister in Palomas, Chihuahua, Mexico in a work that they founded in 2010.

Alex is all about developing relationships.  His desire is to facilitate an atmosphere where community thrives, individuals feel valued and Christ is glorified.  Everywhere he goes, Alex brings a genuine and carefree spirit that releases people to believe in themselves and in others.  He is currently working to establish a business in a rural village in Tanzania to generate income to provide for the needs of the community.

Brandon and Melissa have a calling to care for orphans and spread the gospel of the Kingdom of God in Tanzania. Through Kingdom Families, the Stiver family empower Tanzanian parents to welcome orphaned and abandoned children into their own home. Through advocacy, acquiring sponsorships for families and training, families in this project are making an impact in their own country and living out the gospel. Brandon and Melissa are also involved in discipleship ministries through various contexts. They have a daughter named Promise and a son due in December 2014.
